This is probably the number 1 question we get. How long will it take to lose inches, lose weight, see results? The truth is that depends entirely on you. Your consistency, your genetic make up, your diet, your lifestyle, your hormones. If your consistent you can expect to feel better and notice changes in your body in the first 4-weeks.
Our training style is a bit different- we utilize a lot of “body weight” exercises and some free weights to work the upper body, lower body and core. The majority of our clients are women and from our research they tend to see better definition and a leaner look with our style of body weight training.
Once you make it past 4-weeks, you can expect to really see changes in your endurance, your strength and your overall fitness. Again, being “consistent” and “changing” it up is extremely important in reaching your goals.
So many people do the same thing over and over again. Only running, only walking, only doing one style of class and get frustrated when they quit seeing changes. That is where our training style comes in. Each class we teach has changing choreography,different target muscle groups, training drills. Yes, we spend every day coming up with new and changing exercises to keep your body guessing and to keep you from getting stuck.
